Principal Consultant
As a Principal Consultant at InfraRec, you will combine a leading track record of billings with formal responsibility for developing others, mentoring Associate and Consultant-level colleagues as they build their desks. You will hold our most senior client relationships and take the lead on the most complex, highest-value assignments across our specialist markets. This role suits a highly experienced recruiter ready to take on a senior, billings-first position with genuine influence over the people around them.
Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at InfraRec, you will hold responsibility for our most strategically important client accounts and the more complex, higher-value roles across our specialist markets. You will be expected to sustain a higher level of billings than a Recruitment Consultant, drawing on deeper market expertise and established client relationships. This role suits an experienced recruiter looking to consolidate their track record and take on a senior, billing-focused position within the team.
Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant at InfraRec, you will run your own desk end-to-end: generating new business, qualifying live roles directly with clients, and managing the full candidate journey through to placement. You'll be expected to build and maintain your own client relationships rather than working solely on warm introductions, and to take ownership of your billings. This role suits someone with recruitment experience who is ready to work independently and be measured on their own commercial results.
Associate Consultant
As an Associate Consultant at InfraRec, you will focus on the foundations of specialist recruitment: sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the offer process across our Power & Utilities, Transmission & Distribution, Renewables, and Civil Infrastructure markets. You'll work under the guidance of an experienced consultant, learning our niche sector inside out before taking on client-facing responsibility of your own.
