Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant at InfraRec, you will run your own desk end-to-end: generating new business, qualifying live roles directly with clients, and managing the full candidate journey through to placement. You'll be expected to build and maintain your own client relationships rather than working solely on warm introductions, and to take ownership of your billings. This role suits someone with recruitment experience who is ready to work independently and be measured on their own commercial results.
