Associate Consultant

As an Associate Consultant at InfraRec, you will focus on the foundations of specialist recruitment: sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the offer process across our Power & Utilities, Transmission & Distribution, Renewables, and Civil Infrastructure markets. You'll work under the guidance of an experienced consultant, learning our niche sector inside out before taking on client-facing responsibility of your own. This role is designed for someone new to recruitment who wants a structured route into managing their own desk.
