Overview

InfraRec is working with a contractor specializing in site development, roadway construction, and paving. They are looking to add a Project Manager to their team, based in Ohio.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
Oversee site development, roadway construction, and paving operations on active projects
Coordinate with superintendents and field crews to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
Track project costs and report on budget performance to senior management
Ensure compliance with safety standards, DOT specifications, and permitting requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project owners

Qualifications

Experience managing site development, roadway construction, or paving projects
Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
Familiarity with DOT or municipal roadway project requirements is a plus
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent field experience

Day-to-Day

The role is based in Ohio, with regular time split between the office and active job sites. Expect daily coordination with superintendents and field crews, ongoing communication with clients and project stakeholders, and consistent tracking of budgets, schedules, and documentation. This is a hands-on role that requires staying closely involved in the details of each active project.

Field Service Manager – Electrical Testing & Maintenance Location: Michigan Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 annually Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead field operations and oversee the delivery of electrical testing and maintenance services across renewable energy, data center, and commercial & industrial (C&I) projects throughout Michigan and surrounding markets. The Field Service Manager will have direct responsibility for Field Supervisors and Technicians, providing leadership, technical direction, resource planning, and operational oversight to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced electrical professional who understands field testing and maintenance and knows how to build, lead, and develop high-performing field teams. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable managing people and operations as they are discussing technical requirements with customers, project managers, and field personnel. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field service operations for electrical testing and maintenance projects. Directly manage, mentor, and develop Field Supervisors and Electrical Testing Technicians. Establish field staffing plans and allocate personnel based on project schedules, skill sets, workload, and customer requirements. Oversee the execution of electrical testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and related field services. Ensure field teams have the appropriate personnel, tools, test equipment, materials, documentation, and training required to execute projects successfully. Monitor field productivity, utilization, project progress, and overall operational performance. Experience managing electrical testing and maintenance operations is strongly preferred.
