InfraRec is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a leading contractor in North Florida. This role focuses on large-scale site development projects valued up to $100M. The position offers compensation of up to $175,000.
• Manage large-scale site development projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and field teams
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and schedule performance
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with key stakeholders
• Manage project risks, delays, change orders, and cost issues
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Provide leadership and direction to project managers, superintendents, and project staff
• Significant experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in heavy civil or site development construction
• Experience managing large-scale site development projects valued at $50M or more
• Strong understanding of earthwork, grading, drainage, utilities, and other site development operations
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Experience managing multiple project stakeholders and field teams
• Proficiency with construction project management and scheduling software
• Review project schedules, budgets, and current construction activities
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, clients, engineers, and vendors
• Monitor project costs, progress, and schedule performance
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholders
• Address project issues and develop solutions to keep work moving
• Track financial performance and forecast project costs
• Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate site development operations
• Ensure project requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations are being met
• Salary up to $175,000
